Head on the ground, feet in the clouds.

About Slow Stories
Slow stories is a thoughtfully curated vintage experience. Patterns and textures blend vintage and modern in a contemporary wardrobe, as timeless as the pieces within it.
Fashion is collected from near and far, now and then, to continue the narrative of the pieces: stories past are woven into the fabric, just as it collects new memories with every wear — the boots that ground the pedal to the floor, the flairs that accompanied every show, the cat-eye sunglasses that came on when the roof came off. Quality pieces are mindfully curated for the conscious consumer, the woman who is connected to self, and others, and believes in something bigger, something more. She knows everything has a story and a purpose, you’ve just got to find who, where, or what it fits. She feels it all. Golden rays warm her face, she breathes in the sun and her senses shake alive. She has an endless curiosity to know, and understand. She is engaged, and in conversation with Mother Earth about her responsibility. She picks an item from the rack because it says something; almost familiar, but unique, and always with presence and purpose. It’s something that she can wear down her own road, where the sun melts down like honey, a tambourine plays, and her feet paint a rhythm that swirls into a technicolour sky, forever.
Near and far, here and there, now and then.
Our Impact
The vintage pieces we have carefully collected for you come with stories of their own, and we want you to continue to tell them, slowly. Part of our collective responsibility is recognizing everything and everyone that came before us. The stories unfolded that meant ours would take place. We honour and love Mother Earth and are committed to doing our part to make intentional, sustainable choices to protect her. We are a community-minded company and are forever committed to doing our part to contribute to a better, more sustainable future. It is imperative to recognize that the land Slow Stories was born on is Treaty 1 Territory. It is the traditional land of the Anishinaabe (Ojibway), Ininew (Cree), Oji-Cree, Dene and Dakota peoples and the heart of the Métis Nation Homeland. We are eternally grateful to the original caretakers of this land, and will continue to hold space for their wisdom and teachings.
Something old, something new, Something borrowed, for now, by you.
